Filtering by role

There are several different roles that Columbia Sites offers for site administrators. By default, the following roles are available on Columbia Sites:

  • Content Manager
    • Available on all models
    • Has all content privileges: creating, editing, and publishing
  • Profile Editor
    • Available on the Academic Model
    • Profile editors can only modify their personal profile

Columbia Sites allows you to see which users are assigned to these roles.

  • Select People from the administrative menu

  • Select the role you want to filter your listing

    NOTE: You can select to filter my multiple roles by holding down SHIFT and clicking on the roles

    That's it! The people listing will filter on whatever role was selected.
