Embedding forms

Once a form is created, it can be embedded into your site.

FOR SECURITY

The CAPTCHA element MUST be added to every form on your site.

  • From any page entry you can add a webform

    select webform

    NOTE: the form must have been created prior to attempting to embedding it into the site.

  • Enter the title for the form

    The title appears in capital letters centered on top of the form.

  • Select the name of the previously created form

    Select the type of form template to create

    Choose any pre-existing form from the dropdown menu. Once selected, the chosen form will be embedded on this page.

  • Select if the form is Open, Closed or Scheduled

    • Select Open to display the form fields and accept submissions
    • Select Closed to display the form title, if entered, along with a message that the form is closed to submissions
    • Select Scheduled to set automated date the form will be active and/or inactive
