New Stuff

  1. Need to flag something important? Local Alerts allow you to make announcements users will see no matter which page of your site they visit. The alerts appear as a bright orange banner at the top of every page on your site, and users can close them with one click.

  2. Now you can add images to Publications, so you can display book covers and author photos.

  3. When users type words in the Search bar, they now see Google Analytics’s best guess at what they were looking for.

  4. The Academic model is now live. This model includes all the features and free services of the Research model. It also contains the same content types except Research Publications and Alumni, and it adds a new content types called Courses, which imports course information from across the University through Vergil.

  5. News Articles can be filtered by tags.

  6. Is the Events or News Views Display on your landing page empty? Now you can hide it until you have more content.

  7. When you add a page to the Menu, the breadcrumb now automatically updates to identify the parent page.
