With a bachelor's degree in neuroscience from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a master's in Interactive Telecommunication from New York University, Susie worked at Marsh & McLennan Companies as a user experience engineer before joining Columbia. Quirky and fun to spend time with, Susie enjoys going out for drinks with her friends and strolling down Columbia's College Walk, especially at night during the winter, when the holiday lights sparkle from Broadway to Amsterdam. She jams on her Steinway regularly; her current indulgence is Busoni’s transcription of Bach’s Chaconne in D minor.
