Office hours are a great way to get technical help populating your site.
They are held remotely using Zoom video conferencing software, but in-person meetings are possible by request. Once you sign up for office hours, you will be emailed the zoom URL.
Office hours are intended for
- technical help with Columbia Sites. This includes working on page layouts, instruction on using various modules, recommendations for which modules would work for your intended content, questions about accessibility, etc...
- help learning how to use social media. Whether you want help figuring out how to use social media or want to up your social media game, we can help with that. You must indicate you need help with social media when you sign up so that we send the right team member.
Office hours are not intended for
- help with site content. This includes help with site navigation, link titles, entering content, etc... If you are interested in this type of help, please see our service packages.
