We're excited to announce an enhancement that gives content managers control over how taxonomy filters are displayed across Services, Bookshelf (Services with Images), and People.
What's New
Previously, taxonomy term filters were presented in alphabetical order only. With this new update, content managers will be able to control the order in which the taxonomy terms appear with drag-and-drop editing in the administrative interface. Filters for views displays will then reflect the selected ordering.
Note that this custom ordering is only available for Services, Bookshelf (Services With Images), and Person Profiles (People).
More User-friendly
There will be no impact on existing content or taxonomy terms or the views displays for other content types driven by taxonomy terms. Alphabetical ordering remains available and is the default behavior. Changes to the backend will automatically update filter display on associated pages.
