Filtering with Term IDs
Some Views Displays support filtering content using Term IDs, which correspond to taxonomy terms (tags) assigned to content items. This allows for more targeted content aggregation.
Example:
If you have multiple profiles tagged as "Full Time Faculty," you can use the cu_staff_directory - Staff Directory with Images
Views Display and filter by the corresponding Term ID(s) to display only those profiles.
How to Retrieve Term IDs:
-
Navigate to the Taxonomy Section: Access the taxonomy vocabulary relevant to your content (e.g., "Person Types" for profiles).
-
Locate the Term: Find the term you wish to use (e.g., "Full Time Faculty").
-
Copy the Term ID: The Term ID is typically displayed in the URL or listed alongside the term.
